New Clients
Each quote is treated as an opportunity to not only gain a new client, but also an opportunity to educate as well. Policy coverage varies from company to company. Part of our responsibility is to evaluate company policies and find the best coverage for each of our clients' individual needs. The other aspect is educating our clients about the policies and coverage they are purchasing. Each policy is reviewed for accuracy, coverage and rate.
Policy Changes
As policy changes are requested, a copy of the change request is sent to our clients for review. Changes are followed up on and again reviewed for accuracy, coverage and rate.
Policy Renewals
As policies approach their renewal date the new policy is reviewed for accuracy, coverage and rate. As changes are needed each client is advised in writing and via telephone.
